A cute idea!
At my mom's group on Friday we all shared great Christmas or gift ideas with one another. I loved one mom's idea of doing Elf Magic. The tradition is explained on this site http://www.elf-magic.com/about.htm She was sharing how much her kids love this! I can't wait til Caleb is old enough to do it with him! If you already do it with your kids, let me know! I love how it weaves activity throughout the holiday season and gets the kid's excited!

Shelley, we do the elf on the shelf book/hiding elf here. My kids love it! The older 2 look for him first thing when they get up and Max (2) is even into it. It's similar and so much fun; I'm sure you can get it going w/Caleb next year. Merry Christmas!
